We are seeking a smart, curious, proactive, and self-driven Intern to join the Integration HR Learning & Competency Development Team. This role is ideal for someone who learns fast, enjoys solving problems, takes ownership, works independently, listens actively, and communicates clearly.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Learning, Competency & Development Support

Coordinate with global learning partners and instructors.

Support curriculum deployment and learning communication.

Track HR initiatives and recommend deployment solutions.

Prepare monthly learning reports.

Support Digital Learning Credential issuance.
- Data, Analytics & Reporting

Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards.

Work with Excel to clean, structure, and analyze learning data.

Provide insights for leadership and regional managers.
- SEPC PM Program Support

Understand the SEPC PM career ladder and criteria.

Support candidates, HR managers, and professional reviewers.

Assist nomination cycles and communication improvements.

Improve program governance and delivery tools.
- Communications & Engagement

Support live webcast sessions.

Draft internal communications and announcements.
