As our new Sr. Events & Activations Manager, you'll be right in the thick of bringing HOLY's energy to life across the country. From exciting pop-ups and takeovers to unique collabs and Squad meet-ups, you'll be the person making sure the brand shows up in unforgettable ways. You'll work closely with our creative and community teams in Germany while shaping what HOLY looks and feels like in the UK. It's a hands-on role with loads of room to make an impact as we grow the brand, the Squad, and the hype across the nation. Your responsibilities will be:
- Own the Action: Plan, create, and deliver bold UK brand activations, from the first idea to the final high-five. Every project should build buzz, spark engagement, and strengthen the Squad.
- Make It Local: Take HOLY's global brand vision and give it a proper UK twist. Find the moments, places, and people that make the brand feel part of British culture.
- Find the Right Partners: Spot and secure UK brands, venues, and creators that bring HOLY to life across gaming, sport, music, and lifestyle scenes.
- Measure the Magic: Keep track of how activations perform using clear KPIs such as awareness, engagement, commercial success and Squad growth. Manage budgets wisely and show the impact behind the fun.
