Senior Software Engineer

• Leading and mentoring a team of 5-7 engineers, including contractors
• Driving full stack development across backend and frontend systems
• Designing scalable services, APIs, and data models
• Shaping UI/UX implementations using a component driven design system
• Establishing engineering standards, patterns, and best practices
• Championing AI assisted development workflows across the team
• Collaborating cross functionally to plan roadmaps and delivery timelines

• Advanced full stack expertise with Python, NestJS, React, and MongoDB
• Experience designing GraphQL APIs and scalable architectures
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams
• Hands on experience using AI assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor)
• Strong technical judgment and architectural decision making skills

$150 - 190 K based on experience
