As a key support to the Site Technical Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining site technical standards and ensuring smooth, compliant operations across all departments.This structure gives you real ownership of technical compliance, documentation control, quality systems, and site-based activities within a dynamic supply chain environment.Site Technical Assistant Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain all technical documentation, including specifications, certificates, traceability records, and supplier informationManage customer complaints and support associated investigationsEnsure the QMS / Quality Management System and documentation is accurate and regularly reviewedAssist internal teams by ensuring standards and procedures are clearly communicated and effectively implementedPrepare information required for internal and external audits to BRC standards and support audit activitiesAdminister supplier documentation and due diligence, including data verification on technical platformsConduct internal inspections, including hygiene and good manufacturing practice assessments, and record findings accuratelySite Technical Assistant Key RequirementsExperience in a Food site technical compliance position, with exposure to BRC standardsGood communication skills and ability to work positively with cross-functional teamsAccuracy under pressure, able to meet strict deadlines in a time-critical environmentConfident with documentation management and administrative processesComfortable working across office, packhouse, and cold store environmentsMotivated to develop a strong career in site technical management within Fresh ProduceThis is an excellent opportunity to take ownership, uphold the highest quality standards, and build a strong technical career in a dynamic and supportive Fresh Produce environment.
