Data & AI Delivery Manager

Global University Systems (GUS) is seeking an experienced AI Platform & Delivery Lead to design, develop, and operationalise AI solutions across our global network of universities. This pivotal role will drive the technical implementation of the GUS AI strategy and bring innovative, responsible AI applications to life that enhance education delivery, student support, and institutional operations.Key Responsibilities:AI Strategy and GovernanceContribute to the development and maintenance of the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.Evaluate, prioritise, and manage incoming AI use cases to align with business goals and compliance standards.Support the implementation of governance frameworks ensuring privacy, accessibility, and responsible use of AI technologies in compliance with global regulations.AI Delivery and Platform DevelopmentLead the design, prototyping, and deployment of AI proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs).Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and educators to deliver scalable and reliable AI systems.Develop and maintain a reusable AI platform supporting functions such as admissions, learning support, student wellbeing, research administration, and operational analytics.Ensure robust system architecture, integration processes, monitoring, and operational excellence for production AI solutions.Responsible AI and ComplianceEmbed responsible AI principles into every project, including fairness, transparency, and ethical oversight.Implement strong data governance and compliance measures to ensure data privacy and security.Ensure generative AI systems follow established organisational and regulatory standards for safety and moderation.Collaboration and Change ManagementPartner with Deans, faculty, IT, and administrative teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities and promote successful adoption.Share project updates and performance metrics through technical documentation, dashboards, and reports.Foster understanding and awareness of, An innovative home improvement company in the Greater London area is seeking a Machine Learning Engineering Manager to lead AI projects and develop high-performing teams.
