Chief of Digital Operations

The Head of Operations oversees and streamlines the company's day-to-day operations, ensuringefficient production and delivery of bespoke and RTW products.Key Responsibilities:* Bespoke Tailoring: Oversee the workflow of master tailors and cutters, ensuringsmooth coordination between client consultations, pattern creation, fittings, garmentproduction and delivery. Responsible for optimising scheduling, maintaining qualitycontrol, and ensuring timely service.* RTW Collection: Oversee the production and distribution of the RTW line, includinginventory management, supplier relationships, and quality assurance. Ensure that themake of collections aligns with Huntsman's craftsmanship and luxury brand standards.* Supply Chain and Logistics: Manage suppliers and materials procurement and ensureseamless logistics from raw material acquisition to finished garment delivery, focusing onsustainability and zero-waste practices.* Production Team Management: Leading and coordinating the production team,including tailors, seamstresses, and finishing specialists. Ensuring high standards ofcraftsmanship are met while optimising productivity and minimising delays in bothbespoke and RTW processes.* Financial Management: Overseeing budgets, cost control, and operational expenses tomaximise profitability while maintaining the brand's reputation for quality.* Quality Control: Implementing and enforcing rigorous quality control standardsthroughout every stage of the production process-whether for bespoke or RTWgarments.* Salesforce Management: Overseeing the integration and use of Salesforce to enhanceoperational efficiency across sales, production, and client management with the supportof the company's Salesforce consultant.* Shopify POS Management: Overseeing the integration and use of Shopify POS formanaging sales, inventory, and customer interactions across retail and online platforms.This includes ensuring seamless syncing between bespoke and RTW product inventories,tracking sales data, and managing in-store transactions.Profile:* This role requires a blend of operational expertise, a deep understanding of luxurytailoring, and leadership skills to maintain Huntsman's reputation as a leading tailor onSavile Row.* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiativeand proactiveness.* Passion for the organisation.* Knowledge of Google Workspace, Shopify and Salesforce is essential.
