Salesforce Technical Lead

• Refine and scope upcoming sprint work in collaboration with architects and product owners.
• Break down complex technical requirements into actionable tasks.
• Own on-time delivery of assigned work, ensuring acceptance criteria are met.
• Perform technical spikes and investigations into emerging Salesforce technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold engineering quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for API integrations and dependency alignment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues alongside QA teams.
• Mentor junior developers and support the wider engineering team with problem-solving.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience across Salesforce (declarative + programmatic).
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Experience Cloud.
• Advantageous: Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) - OmniScripts, EPC, Integration Procedures.
• Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems.
• Background working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Proven ability to deliver robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
