Requirements
- Solid experience in 1st/2nd line support, ideally within an MSP environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Office 365
- Comfortable with client-facing interactions and confident in communicating technical solutions
- Driving license preferred (due to site visits)

* Work with a variety of technologies including Microsoft 365, Apple Mac systems, and general IT infrastructure
