Requirements

  • Solid experience in 1st/2nd line support, ideally within an MSP environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Office 365
  • Comfortable with client-facing interactions and confident in communicating technical solutions
  • Driving license preferred (due to site visits)
