Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic Senior Test Engineers with strong technical skills to deliver testing in agile delivery teams and to coach and mentor other testers. The role involves collaboration with developers, product owners, and analysts to define acceptance criteria, design test scenarios, and ensure features deliver a seamless user experience, contributing to sprint activities and providing clear, actionable feedback to maintain quality across releases., * Lead quality assurance in an Agile team by defining test strategies and mentoring team members in test practices.

  • Ensure seamless delivery through collaborative, iterative development and contribute to automated testing improvements.
  • Encourage an automation-first approach and support the team in advancing automated testing capabilities.
  • Support the migration to modern testing stacks (Playwright/TypeScript) and integration with tools like BrowserStack Automate.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and automating software tests, ideally for web and API applications; ability to coach Junior Test Engineers.
  • Strong proficiency in Typescript/Playwright, Java/Selenium, or similar modern testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack Automate).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with non-functional testing (Security, Performance, Accessibility).
  • Experience with any of the following is beneficial: AWS, Concourse/Jenkins, Docker, JMeter, Karate/Rest API, MongoDB, Oracle, Postman/SOAP UI, Selenium Grid, SQL, Unix-based systems, version control, XML., * Making Effective Decisions
