Software Engineering Manager

Who We're Seeking We're looking for a Software Engineering Manager with a strong technical background and proven experience leading highly skilled engineering teams.

You will have previously worked hands-on in software development and now enjoy enabling others to perform at their best through mentoring, coaching, and clear technical direction.

You'll work within an Agile environment, contributing across the full product development lifecycle.

You'll champion best practices, challenge the status quo, and encourage innovation while ensuring high standards of engineering quality.

You should be comfortable working with modern back-end and cloud-based systems, writing and reviewing JavaScript code, and shaping solutions using Infrastructure as Code.
