VMWARE Architect DV CLEARED

Are you an experienced technology leader with expertise in the delivery of IaaS, PaaS and Workplace services? Can you foster collaboration and lead large teams of multi-skilled resources in the delivery of complex solutions.

We are looking for a VMware architect to lead our technical teams in the transformation of a large, complex, mission critical environment. This role is VMware architect for these delivery teams and is responsible for helping to shape the strategy and roadmap in these areas. This role presents a unique opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to creating value and ultimately driving transformative experiences for our customers' end users., We are looking for a Vmware architect to work as part of and lead a multi skilled agile team, including security, service and management where teamwork is paramount. Your role will involve:

• Owning and driving the technical delivery of sub-components of the Managed Service from design, through to deployment to Live.
• Collaborating with the wider technical leadership to drive delivery across a number of technology areas with a focus on improving efficiency and cohesion.
• Providing input into the strategic direction and roadmaps for these key delivery areas.
• Providing architecture governance, ensuring compliance against requirements, delivery against the original outline vision and ensuring the integrity of customer environments.

• Experience in the delivery of secure, highly resilient, large-scale IaaS, PaaS and workplace solutions.
• Expertise in Vmware VCentre, VCloud Foundation, VCloud Director, VMware Horizon, App Volumes.
• Ability to brainstorm, problem-solve and present ideas using a variety of design thinking methods available.
• Experience in the development and delivery of solutions using Agile Methodologies
• Single UK nationality with DV clearance, with demonstrable experience working in highly secure, mission critical environments.
