In this role, you will lead embedded firmware projects from concept to delivery, working with resource-constrained embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as Zephyr. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the full product lifecycle - from development and testing to post-deployment support., * Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware using C/C++ for microcontrollers.
- Lead firmware development projects from concept through to delivery.
- Design and configure wireless mesh networks on BLE.

Requirements
- Experience developing firmware in C/C++ for embedded systems.
- Proficient with RTOS.
- Experience with wireless networks such as BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy).
- Able to commute to Salisbury
