Job description

The purpose of the Interim Database Administrator role is to focus on data-quality improvement initiatives within Dynamics 365 by cleansing, validating, and restructuring contact and organisation records.

The role ensures that our CRM holds accurate, complete, and reliable information that supports membership engagement, events management, financial processes, and overall organisational decision-making.

Through systematic data cleaning, duplicate resolution, and proactive verification of contact details-including online research and direct outreach-the Interim Database Administrator will enhance the integrity of our database and establish a stronger foundation for long-term data governance., Membership

  • Provide database support to the CRM Membership Manager on data-related tasks, which includes quality of the overall membership database and membership-related bounce back tasks.

FTT

  • Support the FTT Team on all data input into Microsoft dynamics

Data Quality and General

  • Work alongside CRM Team to review/cleaning data to decrease the amount of storage being used
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all CRM records
  • Follow internal data-management policies and contribute to improving data-quality processes
  • Assisting with testing of new dynamics projects

  • Self-starter, able to work efficiently to own timelines
  • Quick learner with aptitude and passion for understanding technology and complex systems
  • Ability to research and verify contact information using online tools and professional platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of data-cleaning tasks efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
  • Collaborative, with the ability to work across teams when needed

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in data/administration
