Job description

My UK based Services Client have a major ERP transformation and are looking for an exceptional Change Lead to guide their organisation through this journey. This is a high-impact, strategic role that will shape how the people, processes, and technology come together to unlock new ways of working.

As the Change Lead, you'll drive the change strategy for a multi-workstream ERP programme, ensuring teams are fully engaged, supported, and ready to adopt new tools and processes. You'll work closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver a seamless transition from current state to future state.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive ERP change management strategy, covering communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness.
  • Lead change impact assessments across all business units and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Partner with senior leaders to build sponsorship and advocate for programme vision and cultural adoption.
  • Own programme-wide communications, crafting clear and timely messaging that builds understanding and enthusiasm.
  • Oversee training needs analysis, end-user training development, and capability building.
  • Manage business readiness activities, ensuring smooth cutover and successful go-live.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and embed continuous improvement throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering change management for large-scale ERP programmes (S/4 HANA, Oracle, D365, Workday, or similar).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels-including executive leadership.
  • A practical understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Commercial, etc.).
  • Expertise in change frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly messaging.
  • A proactive, collaborative working style with a passion for driving successful transformation.
