SAP HCM/SF Practice Lead

You will lead the UK SAP HCM / HXM practice, with responsibility for:

• Owning and governing the delivery of complex SAP HCM / SuccessFactors programmes
• Acting as senior escalation point for clients and ensuring quality, margin, and outcomes
• Driving practice growth, including pipeline development, bid leadership, and solution shaping
• Building and leading a high-performing consulting team (hiring, mentoring, capability development)
• Defining and evolving SAP HCM / SuccessFactors offerings, assets, and delivery standards
• Working closely with SAP and wider alliance partners

This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines deep SAP HCM / SuccessFactors expertise with the ability to build teams, shape client solutions, and drive growth within a consulting environment., * Proven consulting background delivering SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors programmes end to end

• Experience operating at Senior Manager or Practice Lead level within a consultancy or SI
• Strong leadership across delivery, pre-sales, and people management
• Deep functional expertise in SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, Time, Talent) and/or SAP HCM
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders (HR, IT, Transformation, C-suite)
• Track record of building teams and contributing to practice growth, * Senior leadership role with genuine practice ownership and influence
