Senior leadership experience in IT Operations or Infrastructure within a complex global environment? Proven experience running 24x7 IT services and Global Service Desks? A strong background in cloud and enterprise infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, ERP platforms such as SAP or D365? A deep understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL aligned processes including incident, problem, change and service transition? Experience managing vendors, outsourced services and commercial contracts? Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level?
