Job description

As a Junior Product Owner, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of innovative products that meet customer needs and align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure product requirements are clearly defined and executed. Role Remit

  • Assist in defining and prioritizing product backlog items in alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback to inform future improvements.
  • Ensure clear communication between development teams and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, required or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • 3+ years of experience in similar positions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms is a plus.
