Data Analyst - Property

Be Part of Something Bigger: Asset Analyst Opportunity in a Leading Charity, You'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our CAFM data, supporting MI reporting, and ensuring their property portfolio is backed by accurate, high-quality information that drives confident decision-making.

• Proven experience in a data or systems-focused role, ideally within property or CAFM environments
• Strong analytical ability - confident importing/exporting, auditing, and interrogating data
• Experience producing MI reports for audiences ranging from operational teams to Board level
• Solid Excel capability (VLOOKUPs, IF statements, pivot tables, data validation/visualisation)
• Skilled at working with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively and work with minimal supervision
• Practical experience using PLANON (desireable) or similar CAFM systems, plus strong Microsoft Office skills
