We are looking to recruit Senior & Lead Flow Assurance Engineers on 6-month contracts, based in Leatherhead, Surrey. technologies new to the engineering industry. Act as a flow assurance engineer on a range of upstream projects, and conduct Flow Assurance studies using software packages, e.g., Develop pipeline simulation models, perform simulations of selected cases as defined by self / project and assess simulation results. Perform design calculations and prepare technical reports in accordance with company and project quality requirements. Demonstrate excellent technical report writing and presentation skills In single and multi-phase pipelines steady state and transient hydraulic analyses using industry standard software, e.g., Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in flow assurance modelling using OLGA transient simulation software. by use of simulation software's and providing the best mitigation solutions. An ability to work in a collaborative way as part of a multi-discipline project group with minimum supervision. Experience in pipeline sizing and thermo-hydraulics Studies, transient analysis covering shut down, blowdown, start-Up, ramp-up / turndown scenarios. Experience in pipeline over pressure protection studies including surge pressure analysis. Excellent computer skills, as well as excellent oral/written presentation / report writing skills. Experience on flow assurance conceptual and front-end studies and topsides process engineering activities including process modelling in HYSYS would be an advantage but not essential.
