This is a strategic role requiring strong project management skills, technical expertise in Estates systems, and the ability to influence and lead change, Degree in IM&T or an equivalent technical discipline PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification Significant experience in Estates or Technical management, including data and information systems Strong IT knowledge, including CAFM systems and asset management
