About the company

We're working with a well-established Manchester-based digital agency that builds modern digital platforms for well-known clients across the UK and internationally. The business has a strong engineering culture, very low staff turnover, and a genuine focus on developing people rather than burning them out. This is a hands-on graduate .NET Developer role where you'll join a Client Success team and be placed onto real projects soon after joining. You'll work in small agile teams alongside experienced developers, contributing meaningful code early on while being properly supported as you build confidence and capability. From a technology perspective, you'll work across modern Microsoft .NET, Web APIs and SQL on the back end, with React and TypeScript on the front end. You'll also gain exposure to .NET-based CMS platforms such as Umbraco and Kentico. The focus is on modern development practices, with support around code reviews, testing and learning the right way to build production-quality software.
