Job description

I'm looking for a highly technical SQL & Sharepoint Engineer to join a Legal partner of La Fosse's. This is a key technical role responsible for managing and optimising enterprise-level database and web environments across global platforms.

You will lead on architecture, configuration, and performance of MS SQL Server, SharePoint, Web Infrastructure, Azure Services, and identity management solutions including SSO and Multi-Factor Authentication., * Provide third-line support for critical business systems.

  • Manage and optimise SQL Server, SharePoint, Web, and Azure infrastructure globally.
  • Deliver platform upgrades, deployments, and code releases following change management standards.
  • Act as a technical lead and mentor within the Core Services and Platforms team.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in technology and processes.
  • Participate in on-call rota for infrastructure support.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in SQL Server, SharePoint architecture, Azure Cloud Services, and web application infrastructure.
  • 7+ years' experience leading on Technical SQL Server, Sharepoint Engineering.
  • Candidates must come from a business with a global operation to work across timezones.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver solutions under pressure.
  • Experience in resource and workload management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
