Senior CRM Migration Automation Engineer [J277]

We're looking for a Senior CRM Migration Automation Engineer to build and scale an agentic automation platform that powers complex CRM migrations. You'll design intelligent automation for high-volume, high-accuracy data transfers across Salesforce and Dynamics CRM, ensuring reliable, production-ready migrations.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain automation agents for CRM-to-CRM migrations (Salesforce * Dynamics)
• Design scalable workflows for data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading
• Write clean, production-grade Python to power migration and orchestration logic
• Integrate with CRM APIs and third-party services using REST
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance across migrations
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Test, debug, monitor, and document migration systems

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Strong experience with Salesforce and/or Dynamics CRM

• Solid Python engineering skills
• Experience building automation tools, agents, or data migration systems
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, data models, and migration principles
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
