Job description
We are seeking two experienced Digital Programme Managers to lead a portfolio of high-impact digital transformation projects. This is a pivotal role driving forward our digitisation and technology modernisation strategy, ensuring delivery of innovative, secure, and accessible solutions that meet strategic and operational objectives. You will manage complex programmes, oversee interdependent projects, and ensure governance, quality assurance, and benefits realisation. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation and partner agencies. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ICT digital programmes, applying recognised methodologies (MSP, Prince2, Agile).
- Deliver transformation projects exploiting emerging technologies (AI, RPA, IoT).
- Oversee programme governance, budgets, and resource planning.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital delivery.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Negotiation?, * Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- Professional qualifications: Prince2 Practitioner, Agile (DSDM), MSP (or willingness to achieve).
- Proven experience managing large-scale ICT programmes and projects.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and deliver results in a complex environment.
