workloads, You will be responsible for the delivery of routine processes to ensure our customers remain compliant with regulations.Experience in administration, along with an interest in energy and a strong aptitude for understanding complex products and regulations, will help you succeed in this role.Your role and responsibilities will include:Periodic data submissions for incentive schemes (Renewable Heat Incentive, Feed in Tariff, Renewable Obligations, etc.)Support client relations through telephone and written communicationsEnsure that tasks are completed with the utmost accuracy and reliabilityAssist with ad-hoc administrative tasksTo succeed in this role, you will have:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong numeracy skillsIntermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with Office 365, including Teams, as well as CRM systems / DatabasesStrong attention to detail and ability to spot issues and trendsAbility to problem solve and, know when to seek advice
