Job description
As a Flight Data Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers. You'll work closely with them to configure, manage, and enhance their FDM programs delivering clear insights and expert recommendations to elevate flight safety standards., * Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers and build strong working relationships
- Support customers in setting up and maintaining their FDM programs
- Analyse flight data regularly and validate safety and maintenance events
- Investigate operational anomalies and communicate findings in a clear, actionable manner
- Advise customers on appropriate event thresholds and safety triggers
- Handle ad hoc data analysis requests and prepare detailed statistical reports
- Manage support tickets, emails, and customer queries with ownership and urgency
- Meet internal KPIs and deliver analysis to customers in line with SLAs
- Collaborate with internal teams to support broader flight safety initiatives
- Identify system bugs or inefficiencies and liaise with developers for resolution
- Conduct acceptance testing for new FDM events, features, and fixes
- Occasionally provide after-hours emergency support for AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations
- Assist in data readouts for FDR, CVR, and DLR files using our Express Readout tool
- Deliver training, product demos, and guidance to new customers or when new features are launched
- Represent Acron at industry conferences and customer visits (international travel may be required)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Statistical analysis?, * Flying experience (desirable but not essential)
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems and flight operations
- Analytical mindset with experience in data handling and statistical analysis
- Demonstrated passion for aviation safety and knowledge of safety management principles
- Customer-focused with the ability to anticipate and respond to client needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
