Software Architect

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Software Architect or a senior software engineer with strong design skills ready to take the next step into architecture.

You ll own the end-to-end software architecture for complex, mission-critical products, defining structure, timing, interfaces, and key design drivers such as real-time performance, safety, security, and usability. Working closely with delivery teams and fellow architects, you ll ensure architectural integrity from concept through implementation.

You ll also help shape the company's software engineering strategy, influencing tools, technologies, and long-term architectural direction while working at the cutting edge of European missile system design.

Strong technical background with proven software architecture & design skills * Experience with architecture patterns, design trade-offs, and model-based engineering * Ability to mentor engineers and clearly communicate architectural decisions * Strong programming background across multiple languages * Advocate for best practices such as CI, good design, and reuse.
