Job description

  • You will work with outstanding digital talent across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions for iconic brands.
  • You will design and implement Salesforce technology as well as creative business solutions for iconic brands, solving some of the most exciting problems for our clients.
  • As a Salesforce functional expert, you will play an important role in the delivery of these projects, either by leading small work streams or integrating larger engagement teams.
  • Depending on the size of the project and the client needs, your role will cover a broad range of responsibilities such as gathering business requirements and writing user stories, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training and defining support procedures.
  • Building lasting relationships with executive clients and sponsors.
  • Collaborating with amazing digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions.
  • Contributing to RFP responses and other business development activities

Requirements

You'll also have strong Salesforce functional expertise including a number of the following:

  • An advanced Salesforce functional certification such as Sales / Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Experience in onsite functional roles on at least three full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations, with strong expertise in at least two of the following areas/modules: Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Custom / App Cloud
  • Strong consulting and/or CRM implementation experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, workstream lead, project manager).
  • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, planning and executing testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
  • Experience in mobile strategy, requirement-gathering, user experience, and implementing business solutions
  • Experience delivering projects using agile Scrum methodology.
  • Experience contributing to RFP responses and other sales activities.
