Senior AI Engineer

A local AI consultancy is looking for aSenior AI/ML Engineer to join their growing organisation as they focus on developing strategic roadmaps that align their clients AI initiatives with their business goals.

They build bespoke AI solutions which enhances customer experiences, automates workflows and enables data-driven decisions. They are focused on transforming concepts into market-ready AI solutions in order to deliver applications that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

What You Will Be Doing

• BuildLLM-powered systems for reasoning, orchestration and decision-making
• Designagentic workflows using modern frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, LangChain, etc.)
• DevelopRAG pipelines, vector search and semantic retrieval at scale
• Work with a modern engineering stack and have a strong focus onproduction quality AI
• Architect and ship production ML services and APIs
• Owndeployment, monitoring, evaluation and optimisation
• Work onAI systems with genuine impact

• StrongPython andproduction ML experience (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning and agent frameworks
• Deep knowledge ofRAG,vector databases and embeddings
• Experience withLLMOps / MLOps, observability and evaluation
• Any cloud & infrastructure experience (Docker, Terraform AWS or similar)
• Experience in dealing withlarge-scale unstructured data
