The Programme We're looking for 5 graduates to join Capital on Tap in March 2026! You won't be working on theoretical side projects. Over this 18-month programme, you'll complete three six-month rotations across our core analytical teams - working on real projects, solving real problems, and impacting real customers. The Rotations * Credit: Iterate and refine credit models to make smarter, faster credit decisions. * Growth: Drive customer acquisition, and scale new and existing products in the UK. * Risk: Protect the business - analyzing Fraud & FinCrime trends across the portfolio. * US: Scale our US business driving customer acquisition and product adoption. * Data Platform: Design and maintain the infrastructure and pipelines that power our data.
