Junior Data Engineer

As a Junior Data Engineer you will work on our unique, award-winning people analytics platform, Pirical On Demand. The Data Team team consists of 10 ambitious team members, including Data Engineers and Implementation Managers. The team has an informal, hard-working, and supportive team culture which allows us to deliver the best results! Pirical On Demand is a growing product built on cutting edge data engineering technologies and supported by efficient and scalable data pipelines. As a Junior Data QA Analyst you will be responsible for running and maintaining all these pipelines - as well as contributing to building our POD Data Experience vision., * Maintain and improve existing pipelines to bring more automation and quality checks

• Investigate and resolve issues in our data pipelines efficiently and quickly
• Operate our semi-automated data pipelines
• Work closely with our clients to troubleshoot their data problems
• Interact with clients to collect the right data and to gain in-depth understanding of what the data represents
• Interact with our pipeline engineers and implementation managers who are setting up new pipelines and upgrading existing pipelines

Do you have experience in SQL?, * You have some experience working with data (cleaning, transforming or analysing data)

• You have experience working with at least two of Python, Pandas, SQL, and Excel/Google Sheet
• You have some form of customer-facing experience

Your mission is to ensure all of the data in our market leading POD product is up to date and accurate. This role is perfect for someone who is driven by impact and wants to work in a mission driven environment., Learning and Development is an integral part of the culture here at Pirical. We provide regular training sessions and 1:1 mentoring that ensures you are always progressing. Our team is hybrid. You will be required to be in our London Shoreditch office two days a week.
