SAP Public Cloud Senior Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Public Cloud Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud programs. This role will ensure successful implementation across multiple business units, aligning with strategic objectives and driving value realization from cloud-based SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership:

• Own end-to-end delivery of SAP Public Cloud programs, including planning, governance, and execution.

• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP partners.
• Facilitate executive updates and ensure alignment across global and local teams.

Cloud Strategy & Adoption:

• Drive adoption of SAP Public Cloud best practices and ensure compliance with "clean core" principles.
• Support change management and training initiatives to maximize business value.

Risk & Issue Management:

• Identify and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and organizational dimensions.
• Implement robust governance and escalation frameworks.

Vendor & Partner Coordination:

• Manage relationships with SAP and implementation partners, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to SLAs.

Budget & Resource Management:

• Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization

• 10+ years in SAP program/project management, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-country SAP programs.
• 10+ years of SAP Consulting experience/background.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of SAP Public Cloud architecture, deployment models, and integration patterns.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

• SAP Activate Methodology
• PMP or PRINCE2
• ITIL

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
