Your day-to-day - We do what others say can't be done
- Assist in defining business processes and recommend solutions to help streamline those processes.
- Manage solution scope within standard software capabilities to degree possible
- Coordinate and lead user acceptance tests with various groups to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
- Work with Wolfspeed Support to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.
- Support End User Training on new system functionality
- Act as the liaison to corporate initiatives and projects
- Gain understanding of company products, functions, marketing, and/or service policies and procedures
- Advanced SAP FI/CO configuration and overall SAP product knowledge and have proven ability to share expertise within and across team and organization
- Analyze, design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance CO-PA functional solutions leveraging SAP FICO and other system integrations where necessary.
- Configure system features as per business requirements and create documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test planning and execution
- Communicating and obtaining buy-in from internal and external stakeholders for SAP FICO design (covering people, process, and technology)
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance is maintained for all supported systems.
- Deliver solutions that can be scaled globally and maximize value and minimize duplication of solutions
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Assist stakeholders in troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve problems
- Track/Manage changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Support the Finance business teams through fiscal period close cycles. This could call for extended working hours during close activity when business faces issues.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Requirements
- Experience in integration of SAP FICO processes with relevant SD, MM, WM, PP functions.
- Able to design and configure the processes in Product Costing, Group Reporting, Budgeting and Cost Planning, and Legal entity reporting
- 5 years of overall IT experience and a record of success supporting a fast-paced business organization, providing technical expertise, while applying best practices and leveraging core SAP platform capabilities.
- Minimum of 5 years Solution Design, Configuration, Implementation and Support of SAP FICO and associated modules with a strong background in SAP S/4 HANA
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
- Understanding of planning, manufacturing, and cost accounting business processes
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
- Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a "can-do" attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
- Proven track record in supporting operations customers and contract manufacturers
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal, written & presentation communications skills
- Willingness to travel regularly, including internationally as necessary
- Self-motivated with strong drive to achieve business objectives
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Semiconductor industry background is a plus
- Knowledge of the RICEFW objects and experience drafting functional specifications
- Experience in full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
- Flexible collaboration with virtual global teams outside of office hours regularly.
- This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
