Job description
- Ensure smooth operation of IT equipment and software.
- Manage assigned technical projects using project methods.
- Develop innovation & AI while documenting solutions thoroughly., Your mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of the IT equipment and software used by the business units. You are the technical reference in your field.
- Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the technical projects assigned to you, following a project management method
- Providing a cross-functional and strategic vision in your area of expertise
- Communicating incidents and problems to the cross-functional teams responsible for these processes
- Documenting exhaustively the solutions implemented and maintaining the documentation
- Developing innovation & AI
Requirements
- Bac + 4/5 in IT or engineering, with 5+ years experience.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure fields like databases.
- Excellent technical English proficiency required., * You have a Bac +4/5 degree in Computer Science or engineering school
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the Infrastructure field, ideally in a similar role
- You know one or more infrastructure trades (Database Administration, system, networks, etc.)
- You have a general overview of all infrastructure trades
- You have a good command of technical English
- You provide a cross-functional and strategic vision in your area of expertise
