Tasks

• Develop and communicate the ITSM suite strategy for the organization.
• Collaborate closely with leaders to align ITSM strategy with goals.
• Identify and manage risks related to M365 implementation., As a central IT service provider with our own data centers, we are active in various areas of responsibility. In addition, our Competence Center Digital Administration supports the implementation of the digitization strategy of the Cantonal Administration of Thurgau. Your Tasks

• Vision and Strategy Development: Developing and communicating the ITSM suite strategy for the organization
• Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with executives and department heads to ensure the ITSM strategy aligns with corporate goals
• Prioritization and Roadmapping: Setting priorities for all ITSM projects and developing a roadmap for implementation
• Governance and Establishment of Governance Structures: Developing processes and policies for sustainable use and further development of the platform including definition and review of tasks, competencies, and responsibilities (TCR)
• Collaboration and Coordination: Coordination and cooperation with various product owners (e.g., M365, IAM, Digital Workplace) and other teams to ensure an integrated and consistent ITSM solution
• Risk Management: Identifying and managing risks related to M365 implementation and usage

• Several years of experience in IT process management or product management focused on ITSM solutions.
• Strong stakeholder communication and change management skills.
• Structured and analytical approach with a high solution orientation., * Several years of experience in IT process management or product management with a focus on ITSM solutions
• Deep understanding of ITSM suites and their business application possibilities
• Experience in service/process automation and knowledge of technical interfaces
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication and change management
• Strong leadership and communication skills in cross-functional teams
• Structured and analytical working style with a high solution orientation
• Completed education in the IT field or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in support and implementation of Serviceware components
