DevOps Engineer

Leads Nix-based DevOps infrastructure, building resilient CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native platforms across hybrid environments.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Own and evolve DevOps infrastructure with a strong focus on Nix-based systems
• Deep dive into complex infrastructure landscapes to identify issues, define improvement plans, and align them with a long-term roadmap
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines across hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud)
• Drive best practices around release management, versioning strategies, and their impact on CI/CD workflows
• Build and operate cloud infrastructure, primarily on Azure, using Kubernetes (AKS) and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Analyze and optimize network traffic, caching strategies, and system performance
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience, reliability, and scalability of the platform

Do you have experience in Terraform?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Very senior industry experience in DevOps infrastructure, combined with deep expertise in Nix

• Strong ability to independently analyze complex systems and derive actionable improvement plans aligned with long-term goals
• Proficiency with Nix, GitLab, and cloud infrastructure, especially Azure
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS) and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu
• Deep understanding of scaling strategies, release management, versioning, and their implications for CI/CD systems
• Solid understanding of network traffic analysis and caching strategies
• Experience operating hybrid CI setups across on-premises and cloud environments
