Job description

  • Devise, design, build, and validate statistical models and predictive analyses to inform business decisions
  • Work with large language models (LLMs), improve retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and explore new AI technologies to drive product innovation
  • Formulate testable, actionable hypotheses and design experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to validate or falsify them
  • Analyze data as well as data funnels and user journeys to identify drop-offs, friction points, and opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to uncover data-driven insights and improve campaign efficiency
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs), build monitoring tools or dashboards (Quicksight), and track progress toward business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally using tools like Jira to document work, communicate progress, and manage data-related tasks
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and drive follow-through on implementation

Requirements

  • You love to work with data: explore it, model it, improve its quality.
  • Strong proficiency in statistics and data extraction techniques.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Python, common data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy) and SQL, with a focus on practical data science applications.
  • Proficient in applying AI and machine learning techniques, as well as leveraging modern AI tools to solve real-world business problems.
  • Good understanding of A/B testing methodologies and performance marketing concepts.
  • Practical knowledge of AWS Quicksight or similar BI tools
  • Extensive experience in ML projects related to Anomaly detection, Trend analysis, Marketing mix modeling or Multi-touch attribution models
  • Experience in e-commerce or platform-based businesses
  • Bonus: Academic background in mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
