Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to architect and scale the mission-critical infrastructure powering a next-generation decentralized exchange (DEX) and network. In this role, you will be the guardian of our system's security, scalability, and high availability, ensuring our engineering team can ship rapidly without compromising reliability.

If you thrive on building self-healing systems and are excited by the challenge of shaping the future of finance, we want to hear from you., * Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and maintain cloud-native infrastructure using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation to support latency-sensitive trading systems.

• CI/CD Excellence: Own and optimize pipelines for backend, frontend, and smart contract codebases (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.), ensuring fast and observable deployments.
• Reliability & Observability: Define SLO/SLIs and implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Security & Hardening: Implement network segmentation, secret management (Vault/KMS), and runtime hardening to protect against evolving threats.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize autoscaling and network configurations for high-throughput workloads.
• Incident Management: Establish disaster recovery plans, lead post-mortems, and proactively address root causes to minimize toil.

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure roles supporting mission-critical, high-availability systems.
• 6+ years of deep experience with AWS or GCP.
• Expertise in IaC & Orchestration: Advanced proficiency in Terraform/Pulumi and hands-on experience managing Kubernetes and Docker at scale.
• Security-First Mindset: Practical experience with IAM policies, HashiCorp Vault, and infrastructure security best practices.
• Scripting Mastery: Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or Bash for automation.
• Analytical Approach: Experience tuning production environments for latency-sensitive or financial workloads., * Experience supporting low-latency trading systems or real-time financial applications.
• Familiarity with Blockchain infrastructure, node operations, and Web3 tooling.
• Knowledge of Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd) and zero-downtime deployment strategies (Canary/Blue-Green).
• Advanced Kubernetes tuning (Custom schedulers or CNI tuning).
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
