RequirementsSAP FICO S4 HANA Accounting

• Independently lead S/4HANA innovation and improvement workshops with business stakeholders, driving value through process enhancements and system capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP FICO solutions.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP FICO, with 2 to 3 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise in core FICO modules, including: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting, Lease Accounting, Investment Management, Taxation and Tax Codes
• Solid understanding of SAP CO, with mandatory experience in product costing and related controlling processes.
• Proficient in interface handling using IDocs, with practical experience in integrating SAP with external systems.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system and business issues.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical teams and business users effectively.
• Experience in data migration activities, ensuring accurate and efficient transition to S/4HANA environments.
