Jardox are currently recruiting a Systems Administrator to join the Jardox team in our offices in Otford, near Sevenoaks, 8am - 5pm, with an early finish of 4.30pm each day if the day's work has been completed.
At Jardox, we are the "Taste Behind the Brands." We are a 'one stop shop' for all savoury ingredients, specialising in stocks, gravies, curry pastes, marinades, glazes, sausage & burger seasonings and herb & spice based products.
This role is office based, with infrequent (expenses paid) travel to Somerset. There will be occasional evening and weekend work for system upgrades and patching.

Act as the first line of response for all IT issues across our office and factory environments, ensuring the team receive prompt, effective support.

Diagnose, triage and resolve technical problems quickly, escalating where required.

Provide excellent customer service, keeping users informed and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.

Maintain clear logs of issues, resolutions and recurring trends to support continual improvement.

Provide hands-on support for our ERP system (SAP Business One) and help optimise its use across the business.

Assist with the maintenance and improvement of networks, hardware, servers, user devices and core IT services.

Work to deliver a responsive, effective support service to both office and factory teams.

Help ensure systems remain secure through regular updates, backups, monitoring and adherence to security best practices.

Support the management of external IT providers to ensure good service and value.

Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, licences and equipment.
Projects & Continuous Improvement

Support IT-related projects such as upgrades, new system rollouts and technology improvements.

Help assess user needs and identify opportunities to streamline processes through better use of technology.

Assist with developing reporting or data solutions that improve visibility and support operational performance.

Explore new tools, technologies and approaches that could enhance efficiency or security.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Sonicwall?, * Experience in an IT support role

Exposure to ERP systems-experience with SAP Business One is an advantage but not essential.

Good understanding of networks, hardware troubleshooting, servers, operating systems and cloud services.

Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and willingness to develop further in this area.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide calm, clear support to colleagues.

Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Willingness to learn, take ownership and contribute to continuous improvement.
Benefits & conditions
We close between Christmas and New Year and contribute to your pension at a rate of 5.5%.
Holiday allowance is 33 days per year (including bank holidays).
