Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of testing strategies, test plans, test cases, and quality metrics.

  • Manage and execute tests for cloud-based applications, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing processes seamlessly.

  • Mentor junior quality engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging testing methodologies and best practices, driving innovation within the organization.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Hybrid Cloud environments and testing methodologies.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

  • Expertise in test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)

  • Proficiency in test planning, design, execution, and reporting.

  • Experience with test automation tools (Rational, Selenium, etc.).

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
