Team Lead - Technical Support (Level 2, Azure Certified)

• Resolve Level 2 technical issues in Azure and hybrid environments (Windows/Linux, networking, storage), with a strong awareness of compliance, security, and operational risk.
• Lead by example-own escalations, mentor Level 1 and 2 team members, and support the Team Lead in day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and maintain Azure infrastructure, applying automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Drive documentation, root cause analysis, and knowledge sharing across the team, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Work closely with customers in finance and other regulated industries, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to performance monitoring and incident reviews, with a compliance-aware mindset.

Do you have experience in Terraform?, * Azure Certification.

• 2+ years in technical support or infrastructure roles, ideally supporting compliance-sensitive or financial environments.
• Strong skills in Windows Server, Linux (RedHat), Active Directory, networking, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud tools (e.g., Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes).
• A collaborative mindset with proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• A commitment to best practices in data privacy, security, and compliance.
