Job description
The Manager, Audience Integration (EMEA) will be at the heart of Warner Music Group's audience strategy, turning fan data into meaningful, actionable insights that fuel campaigns. Part of Global Marketing's Direct-to-Fan Services team, this role works hand-in-hand with labels to shape how audiences are defined, segmented and targeted so artists can grow and engage their fanbases.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Audience Integration, this role makes sure that when a fan enters our world, we understand who they are, how they engage and how they connect across different touchpoints. The Manager will shape how we identify and prioritize fans, define the segments that matter most, and ensure targeting approaches are effective and consistent across EMEA labels, while staying aligned with global priorities.
Primary Responsibilities
Audience Strategy & Execution
- Build and maintain fan segments within customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM systems and advertising platforms to enable precise targeting.
- Shape how audiences are defined and organized, making sure labels have clear, consistent ways to identify and target fans across campaigns.
- Translate business and campaign needs into structured, actionable audience segments that drive meaningful fan connections.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with Fan Engagement, D2F, paid media and label marketing teams to deliver targeted campaigns across channels.
- Serve as the EMEA point of contact for global audience frameworks, adapting and embedding them into regional execution.
- Support frontline labels in designing audience strategies that balance global consistency with local nuance.
Data & Insights
- Analyze audience performance across campaigns, surfacing insights to improve segmentation, efficiency and ROI.
- Review how fan data flows in from different touchpoints (websites, socials, e-commerce, activations) to make sure it's reliable, usable and connected.
- Partner with tech and analytics teams to advance WMG's data roadmap, ensuring fan data is centralized, accurate and actionable.
Innovation & Best Practice
- Keep on top of emerging trends in data, targeting and privacy to ensure Warner's practices stay ahead of the curve.
- Develop playbooks, training and documentation to scale knowledge across EMEA teams.
- Pilot new approaches to fan modelling and targeting, scaling those that deliver impact across the region.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in audience management, CRM or data-driven marketing roles, ideally within music or entertainment industries.
- Hands-on experience with customer data platforms (e.g. Segment, mParticle, Tealium), CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with structured data, filters and campaign automation tools.
- Experience structuring and organizing audiences across large datasets to support marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable using analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker Studio) to interpret data and guide strategy.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with experience translating technical concepts into actionable workflows for marketing teams.
- Familiarity with SQL and data hygiene practices required.
About You
- Passionate about music, artists and the role data plays in building fandom.
- Data-minded but fan-first and able to see beyond numbers to the real value of connecting artists with audiences.
- Curious and proactive, always looking for better ways to segment, model and activate fans.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability for accuracy and consistency in how audiences are built and used.
- Collaborative and influential, confident working with diverse teams across EMEA and global functions.
- Excited by the evolving landscape of audience targeting and digital culture.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple campaigns while keeping the fan experience front and centre.
