Job description
Lead and manage infrastructure and cloud-related projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate and communicate with multiple stakeholders across different teams and departments. Ensure project rigor by tracking progress, managing risks, and maintaining timelines. Prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations and project updates (mainly using PowerPoint). Understand technical infrastructure issues and translate them into actionable project plans. Facilitate collaboration and alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Onboard quickly into existing teams and adapt to evolving project needs. Utilize ServiceNow for project tracking and management; use PowerBI for reporting when required. Maintain a high level of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail throughout all project phases.

Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure, cloud, or network environments. Strong understanding of technical infrastructure and cloud concepts Exceptional soft skills: excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver clear and impactful presentations (PowerPoint). Experience coordinating and collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders in complex environments. Proven ability to take responsibility, be rigorous, and drive projects forward with autonomy. Experience working with ServiceNow is essential. Experience with PowerBI is a plus. Advanced English (C1) and Spanish (C1). Based in Spain (fully remote role with occasional travels).
