D365 Solution Architect - Senior Manager

D365 CE Solution Architects are responsible for leading D365 CE functional solution and integrations design & implementation on delivery projects. They are also responsible for leading D365 CE solution design on sales pursuits, managing client expectations and delivery scope during delivery projects, along with meeting the general expectations in line with their consulting grade.

What your days will look like:

• Leading cross-functional teams in client-facing delivery roles
• Providing oversight across multiple projects simultaneously to deliver client success
• Engaging with senior client stakeholders to promote customer outcomes and challenge existing approaches.
• Modelling commercial delivery models to ensure accurate estimation and budgeting while remaining competitive
• Leading the build of re-usable assets that will increase the efficiency and go-to-market offerings of PwC
• Developing architecture requirements to meet client's needs, building Solution Architecture for Microsoft AI Business Solutions including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Customer Insights, and Contact Centre along with wider PowerPlatform.
• Documenting, proposing and discussing solution options as a part of the programme team (high level design / low level design)
• Engaging with team members to contribute towards successful project outcomes.
• Working closely with technical development capability, including near shore and off shore teams.

Do you have experience in Solution architecture?, * You have strong and established experience delivering Dynamics 365 Front Office solutions

• You have Solution Architecture expereince and expereince with 1 or more structured architecture frameworks ideally, experience in a client-facing role with a Microsoft Gold Partner
• You have 1 or more relevant expert-level Microsoft certifications
• You are leading and overseeing both waterfall and agile project delivery teams, and expereince with 1 or more structured architecture frameworks
• You have experience in bid preparation and presentation, including system demos
