Cloud Engineer - Azure

As part of our Cloud Engineering function, you'll play a key role in our shift towards a product-centric environment. You'll be building new modules and platforms across Azure, while helping us migrate from traditional infrastructure to modern cloud services.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with stakeholders - from gathering requirements to delivering robust, scalable solutions.

Do you have experience in Terraform?, Proven experience transitioning from traditional infrastructure to Azure cloud environments.

Strong background in designing, building, and deploying cloud infrastructure services.

A customer-first mindset, with the ability to deliver commercially viable solutions.

Experience in AWS, Google Cloud, and legacy infrastructure will be advantageous.

Your Cloud Toolkit

Azure: Azure SQL, Azure Entra ID, Azure DevOps, Azure Container Apps, API Management Services, Azure Functions

Infrastructure as Code: ARM, Terraform, Opentofu

Automation & CI/CD: Octopus Deploy (or similar), CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, PowerShell Scripting, Azure CLI

Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, container registry (ACR)

Versioning & Monitoring: GIT, SEQ

Multi-cloud exposure: AWS, Google Cloud

Security & Identity: RBAC, Azure Policies, secrets management (Key Vault)

This role will involve on-call working on a rota basis (24/7)

To be successful in this role you will be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process.
