Job description

We are looking for a Cloud & Microsoft Technologies Specialist to join our Tech & Digital Operations team. This person will support the effective management of Lavazza Group's cloud and data center ecosystem, overseeing daily operations and driving projects that support both cloud and on-premises services. The role encompasses a broad technological scope, ranging from infrastructure virtualization in data centers to IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS solutions, with cloud technologies forming a fundamental part of the managed infrastructures. Working closely with colleagues across the Tech & Digital functions and international teams, the successful candidate will contribute to the governance of foundational infrastructure services, to support the continuous evolution of operations, projects and innovation across the Group's technology landscape.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Act as third-level support for incident resolution and issue management.
  • Collaborate in overseeing supplier services, performance, and incident management.
  • Contribute to new developments and strategic projects that drive Group evolution and support business initiatives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and presentations as required.
  • Participate in regular internal and external meetings.
  • Build and manage relationships with IT colleagues across different areas and with teams located in Group subsidiaries abroad., * If you make it to the short list, you'll be interviewed by the Hiring Manager and if necessary, other members of the hiring panel
  • In some cases, you may be required to show us your skills via technical challenge.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft/Linux operating systems, and on-premises hypervisors such as VMware and Azure Local.
  • Proficiency with enterprise platforms and services, covering Microsoft 365 (EXO, Power BI, O365), SaaS solutions (Zscaler, CyberArk, Azure DevSecOps, MS Intune), security tools (MS Defender suite), Microsoft OS administration, SCCM, Active Directory, certificate services, and database management (Oracle, MS SQL).
  • Foundational knowledge of enterprise applications and integration, with exposure to SAP platforms (ERP, BI, CRM), job scheduling tools (TWS), and integration layer governance (SAP PI/Mulesoft).
  • Ability to quickly learn and flexibly adjust to dynamic, evolving contexts.
  • Strong capability to assess situations, identify solutions, and drive effective outcomes.
  • Proactivity & Collaboration - Balanced proactive and reactive approach, with a strong team spirit in complex, multinational environments.
  • Certification or general basics in cybersecurity, networking, industrial systems and IT/OT implications, workplace management, are a plus.
  • Fluent English
