This is a hybrid role with 2 days onsite. You'll have full ownership of IT operations and infrastructure, guiding a stable and capable team while introducing fresh ideas to keep the business ahead of the curve. Industry background? As Senior IT Manager you will:

• Oversee IT operations and infrastructure across multiple sites
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and service desk professionals
• Champion cyber security and risk management initiatives
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align tech strategy with business goals
• Introduce improvements and fresh ideas to enhance service delivery

• Proven experience leading IT teams and managing infrastructure operations
• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms
• Ability to balance technical insight with strategic thinking
• Excellent communication skills for board-level engagement

• Basic salary up to £75,000 plus bonus
