Job description

Your primary goal is to increase the conversion rate of our Spanish e-commerce shop (key soft-KPIs include bounce rate, session duration, and scroll depth). You'll bring an understanding of Spanish e-commerce user behavior, ensuring that the Spanish site feels native, intuitive, and localized. Responsibilities

  • Design, test, and optimize user journeys across Shopify, Skio, and the broader mybacs ecosystem with a strong focus on the Spanish market.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Digital Experience Manager, UI Designer, developers, and cross-functional partners in marketing, legal, and data.
  • Create high-converting UX patterns for product pages, bundles, checkout, and subscription journeys.
  • Run and iterate on A/B test variants using Convert or similar tools, building insights into design improvements.
  • Work closely with legal and brand teams to ensure content and structure remain compliant and on-brand.
  • Partner with marketing to align UX with campaign objectives (influencer landing pages, seasonal campaigns, CRM assets).
  • Contribute to design documentation, Figma libraries, and internal process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a UX Designer, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify (and ideally experience with Skio or subscription logic). Skilled in A/B testing, analytics tools, and data-driven design.
  • Excellent sense for UI structure, usability, and UX writing.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (native or near-native level); German is a plus.
  • Confident using Figma and comfortable collaborating with developers and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and hands-on approach; you enjoy testing, learning, and iterating fast.

Benefits & conditions

  • A role with a direct impact on the growth and development of our start-up.
  • The opportunity to be part of an exciting mission: building the leading start-up for microbiome supplements in Europe.
  • Innovative products developed on the basis of the latest scientific findings that create real added value for our customers.
  • An attractive, competitive salary.
  • Flexible working hours and a fair holiday policy.
