Job description
- Implementing SD-WAN solutions based on Fortinet technology, adapted to the client's specific requirements.
- Integrating the SD-WAN network with the existing infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and centralized management systems.
- Analysing and migrating from traditional WAN architectures to SD-WAN environments.
- Updating and maintaining the SD-WAN platform.
- Performing advanced configuration and tuning of policies, traffic prioritisation, dynamic routing, and integrated security across SD-WAN tunnels.
- Providing consulting and technical support services aimed at ensuring the stability, availability, and security of the infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience in implementing, administering, and maintaining SD-WAN solutions based on Fortinet.
- Strong knowledge of IP networks, including dynamic routing (BGP, OSPF), IPsec/SSL VPN, QoS, and traffic balancing.
- Familiarity with hybrid network architectures (MPLS, Internet, 4G/5G, fibre, etc.) and their integration into SD-WAN environments.
- Experience working in high-availability (HA) environments and distributed multi-site deployments.
- Knowledge of perimeter security: next-generation firewalls, segmentation, SSL inspection, and application control.
- Ability to analyse configurations and carry out migrations from traditional WAN solutions.
